The expansion of China's domestic spending will steadily shrink the nation's enormous current-account surplus, says Zhou Xiaochuan, governor of the People's Bank of China. China's economic-stimulus efforts are starting to produce some positive results, Zhou said, adding that the current-account surplus "will no longer be a serious problem" in the medium term.
