China announces aid package for ASEAN countries
China said it will offer $15 billion in credits and a $10 billion infrastructure fund to its neighbors in Southeast Asia as part of a program to help them get through the economic downturn. The aid will be available to the 10 members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the Chinese government said
